1. Order Processing Time

• Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on your location within India. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you can track its journey using the link provided in your confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

5. Delivery Issues & Damages

• Incorrect Address: Wheelify is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Remember, a 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage claims.
